Our Women's Circle meets every Wednesday evening at 8:00pm (GMT), starting from February 21st 2024 via zoom. This is open to any woman looking for support from a sisterhood. It is a safe space, judgement free and a chance to get support from a group of like minded women, some of whom may be experiencing similar things in life and can offer insight. Women's Circle will always be free to attend, and it is an unstructured group in that staff will be present but will not set a particular topic of discussion. It is an open floor for any woman to talk about any issues they are facing.
If you would like to attend a more directed and structured group for therapeutic work, we also have group sessions every Monday, where a staff member will work with a group on a specific topic, such as setting and maintaining boundaries, or understanding narcissistic abuse.
